Affiliation Platform Publisher Executive: Barcelona
Candidate profile
 
The Publisher Executive will be in charge of the portfolio of publishers for a given European country, with the dual objective of increasing our network and to enforce the loyalty of the affiliates to our platform.
 
We are looking for a person that is sales driven and has a marketing background, is internet savvy and has experience dealing with clients on the phone or by email.
 
 
 
Responsibilities

-          Recruitment of new publishers as affiliates of our platform using any necessary communication tools.
-          Contact and support the publishers with the integration of the advertising campaigns on their websites.
-          Negotiate and gain the publisher’s loyalty, becoming his favorite publisher executive.
-          Categorization and segmentation of the affiliate database.
-          Ensure that the tracking of the campaigns is righteously performed.
-          Perform fraud protection controls.
-          Produce regular reporting of the performance of active campaigns.
-          Keep a close communication with the Advertiser Account Managers to ensure optimization of campaigns.  
 
 
 
Minimum requirements
 
-          Minimum of 3 year of experience in the online market.
-          Relevant studies related to Marketing or E-Commerce.
-          Fluent English and mother tongue.
-          Highly skilled in office productivity tools (Word, Excel & pivot tables, Outlook and Power Point).
-          Price negotiation experience.
-          Knowledge of online marketing typical statistics.
-          Familiarity with online marketing terms.
-          Client oriented.
-          Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-          Proactivity, autonomy, analysis, team work.
 
 
 
Extra requirements (to identify the best candidates)
 
-          Knowledge of a third European language.
-          Knowledge of the tools for online advertising measurement.
-          Knowledge of marketing methodologies.
-          Knowledge of HTML / PHP / JAVA.
